* For pre-order items, please refer to the estimated date provided on the product’s description page. And it's not recommended to choose express shipping for pre-order.

Please note a recycle fee of €3.99 per parcel will be deducted from your refund amount for orders placed.
- How long do I have to make a return?
You have a maximum of 14 days from the date you've received all your purchased items in the same order to submit the return request. Your return package must be mailed out within 7 days from the date you've submitted your return request.
- Condition
All item(s) must be in the original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Any items that appear to have been worn, cleaned, or altered in any way will not qualify for a refund. Return refunds only include the payment amount of the item(s). Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
